Built-in date checks

One wrong date can sink a notice. Yours won’t have one.

We apply the rules printed on the form itself: minimum notice, the 52-week rule, rent periods and time for delivery. If your date doesn’t work, we tell you the earliest one that does, and why.

How it works

About the property, the tenants and the rent. Your answers save as you go, and nothing is sent until you choose.

  2. ii.

    We check every date

Minimum notice, the 52-week rule, rent periods and delivery time, applied to the rules printed on the form itself.

  3. iii.

    Download, serve, keep proof

A ready-to-serve PDF with serving instructions and a record of what to keep if the notice is ever challenged.

How we compare

Proper date checks, at template prices.

The blank form is free, but it won’t tell you if a date is wrong. A solicitor will, for a fee. We check the dates on every notice for £7.
